I love New Balance for the comfort and fit, but this is my 4th pair where I've seeing separation from the shoe or separation of the layers. Each time I bring it to their attention I get a smokescreen like"Ohh you must use one foot to peel the other off and that's why it is separating..." *** I wear them for walking and I untie them to take them off, so they are easy to put back on.

Always "my fault" according to them, they never take responsibility for the fact they use *** glue. They make glue to hold airplanes together, but New Balance must use the cheapest glue they can find or use flour and water to hold them together.

Mine are used for walking, not running, sport or other heavy duty wear...JUST WALKING. The only shoes I have EVER had a problem with separating, are New Balance.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $80.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

New Balance Pros: Comfort and sizes, Comfort.

New Balance Cons: Short lifespam, Sole seperation and poor customer support, Shoes fell apart in 6 months.

Had 2 pair with sole separation issues in the past year. Wore NB for years, quality has went downhill big time. Going back to Nike.

I agree. Same thing happened to me.

It's called obsolescence engineering. They make millions manufacturing junk that you have to replace sooner than later.
