This company is no longer viable or interested on assisting its customer/client base on any issue as Management is the epitome of unprofessional, grossly incompetent, and extremely rude as we recently discovered. I was a customer for 36 years or since 1978, but no more--- New Balance is done in my book for substandard inferior alleged products. In closing, I was a Professional / World Class Runner, and even raced for their National Racing Team in the 1980's, and with my deep contacts, credentials, and reputation I shall do everything in my influence, power, to derail this pathetic and pugnacious company.
